This Privacy Policy explains how Ordaflo ("we," "our," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our waitlist, website, or service.Ordaflo is currently in development. During the waitlist period, we collect only:Your email address, submitted voluntarily when you join the waitlist
When the product launches, we will also collect:From sellers:Name and email address
Order numbers and buyer email addresses you enter manually
Private notes you add to orders
Subscription and billing status through Stripe
From buyers:Photos and files uploaded through a seller-generated link
Event dates, names, personalization text, or other details submitted through the upload page
Upload timestamp and basic device/browser information
We do not collect buyer payment information. Buyers never create accounts.3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:Send waitlist updates and early access notifications
Generate upload links tied to seller orders
Store buyer uploads until they are deleted or expire
Process seller subscription payments through Stripe
Provide customer support
Detect and prevent misuse of the Service
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails to buyers.4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Buyer-uploaded files are stored for 30 days from the date of upload, then automatically deleted with no recovery option
Seller account data is kept for as long as your account is active
Order data may be retained for a reasonable period for support and audit purposes
5. Who We Share Data With
We may share data only with the following service providers to operate the Service:Stripe — payment processing for seller subscriptions
MailerLite — waitlist email management
Uploadcare — secure file storage for buyer uploads
Postmark or SendGrid — to send system emails such as reminders and upload notifications
Zapier — to automate order and notification workflows
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.6. Buyer Privacy
Buyers use Ordaflo through a link provided by a seller. Buyers do not create accounts and are not visible to other buyers or sellers beyond their own order.Uploaded files belong to the seller. Ordaflo stores them temporarily on the seller's behalf and deletes them automatically after 30 days.Buyers are never shown pricing, seller tools, or internal order data.7. Your Rights

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ordaflo, including the Ordaflo website, waitlist, and service ("Service").By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ordaflo.Ordaflo is operated by Kema Designs LLC, doing business as Ordaflo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").2. What Ordaflo Is
Ordaflo is a custom order management tool for sellers who create custom or personalized products. Ordaflo gives sellers a dashboard to track every order's status — waiting on a buyer, received, or overdue — and collects photos, event dates, and personalization details from buyers before production begins.The Service allows sellers to:Create orders and generate unique upload links
Collect photos, event dates, and personalization details from buyers
View order status across a single dashboard — Waiting, Received, Overdue
Download uploaded files and manage order details
Set deadlines and send reminders to buyers
Ordaflo does not integrate with Etsy or any marketplace directly in Phase 1. Sellers share upload links manually through Etsy messages or email. Ordaflo is not an Etsy replacement, CRM, or fulfillment tool.The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."3. Waitlist Period
Ordaflo is currently in development. During the waitlist period:No seller or buyer accounts are created
No files are collected or stored
Joining the waitlist means you will receive updates and an early access notification when the product launches
You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time
4. Eligibility
To use Ordaflo as a seller, you must:Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Buyers access Ordaflo through a link provided by a seller. Buyers do not create accounts and are not required to agree to these Terms directly, though their use of the upload page is governed by these Terms on the seller's behalf.5. Seller Accounts
When the product launches, sellers will create an account using their name and email address. No Etsy integration or OAuth connection is required in Phase 1.You are responsible for:Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us of any unauthorized access at [email protected]
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
Ordaflo will launch with two plans.Free Plan — available at no cost, subject to usage limits defined at launch.Basic Plan — $9 per month, billed through Stripe.By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to process recurring charges to your payment method.Additional billing terms:Subscriptions renew automatically each month
Pricing may change with advance notice to subscribers
Failed payments may result in a pause or suspension of paid features
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
Buyers are never charged by Ordaflo.7. Usage Limits
Each plan includes limits on active orders and monthly uploads as defined at launch. When limits are reached:Existing orders continue working without interruption
Buyers can continue uploading files for existing orders
Creation of new orders is paused until capacity is available or the plan is upgraded
We will not shut down active orders or block buyer uploads due to plan limits.8. Buyer Uploads
Buyers upload files through a unique link generated by the seller. By using the Service, sellers agree that:They have the right to request and receive the content buyers submit
Uploaded files are stored on the seller's behalf for 30 days, then automatically deleted
Ordaflo is not responsible for missing, late, or low-quality uploads from buyers
Ordaflo is not responsible for data loss caused by user error or third-party service failures
Buyers are not visible to other buyers. Buyers never see seller tools, pricing, or internal order data.9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:Use Ordaflo for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Attempt to access another seller's orders or data
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
Abuse upload limits or attempt to circumvent plan restrictions
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.10. File Storage and Deletion
Buyer-uploaded files are stored for 30 days from the date of upload. After 30 days, files are automatically and permanently deleted. There is no recovery option after deletion.Sellers are responsible for downloading files before the 30-day retention window closes. Ordaflo sends a reminder email 7 days before scheduled deletion.11. Email Communications
Ordaflo sends email only. We do not send messages through Etsy or any marketplace platform.The Service may send:Waitlist updates and early access notifications
Upload reminder emails to buyers on behalf of sellers
Upload confirmation and notification emails
File deletion reminder emails to sellers 7 days before deletion
Account and billing-related emails to sellers
Sellers manually share upload links through Etsy messages or email. Ordaflo does not automate marketplace messaging of any kind.12. Intellectual Property
Ordaflo, including all branding, design, and code, is owned by Kema Designs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or resell any part of the Service.Content uploaded by buyers belongs to the seller. Ordaflo stores it temporarily on the seller's behalf and does not claim ownership of uploaded files.13. Service Availability
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.As a product in active development, features may change. We will communicate significant changes to sellers by email.14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:Violations of these Terms
Misuse of the Service
Failed payments on a paid plan
Abusive behavior toward our team
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or error-free performance.16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kema Designs LLC is not liable for lost revenue, production delays, data loss, or issues caused by buyer uploads or service interruptions.Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months prior to the claim.17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify active users of significant changes by email.19. Contact
